Biography

Dr. Choi graduated from Harvard University and received her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  She trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Medical Center.  Dr. Choi returned to Columbia in 2003 as an attending physician, after completing a fellowship at the Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility. During her fellowship, she collaborated with researchers at Rockefeller University to study the effects of female hormones on the brain. Currently, she directs an active clinical program in oncofertility which assists women with cancer to preserve their fertility options. Dr. Choi’s special interests include fertility preservation, all aspects of female and male infertility and reproductive options for same sex couples and single women.
