Residency OverviewThe Sloane Hospital for Women Residency is a four year parallel program with five residents in each year. Clinical responsibilities increase in each year of the program, and over the course of their training house officers gain a wealth of clinical experience and comprehensive exposure to all facets of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Each year is comprised of ten clinical rotations or "blocks," each lasting five weeks. A two week "Transitional Block" occurs at the end of each academic year, prior to graduation of the chief residents from the program. Click here to view a Resident Schedule Overview (PDF Format) |
