Medical Student Ob/Gyn Interest Group

Hello and Welcome to the brand-new Obstetrics and Gynecology Student Interest Group at P&S!

The purpose of this group is to foster medical student interest in the field of OB/GYN and Women's health, to increase awareness of career opportunities, and improve understanding of women's health care issues in the pre-clinical years. We felt this group would be a beneficial addition to the school since there is minimal exposure to this field before the 3rd year major clinical clerkship.

We've kicked off the year with a fantastic panel event "Introducing Obstetrics and Gynecology....", where OB/GYN attending physicians and residents met with medical students to have dinner and discuss the amazing field of ob/gyn and all of the fantastic opportunities it holds.
