Vice Chair of Research for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Ron Wapner, MD, is the lead investigator on a study examining whether a new kind of prenatal genetic testing can improve obstetricians' ability to diagnose the underlying causes of fetal anomalies found during prenatal ultrasounds.
